Data allowance is provided at the maximum speed available and is valid till the end of month. Unused data allowance does not roll over into the next month.

When the full-speed data allowance is used up, data speed slows down to 64 Kbit/sec (= 8 Kbyte/sec) till the end of month.

If Data pack is activated anytime during the month, monthly fee will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including activation date) and then the full amount of the fee will be collected on the first of each month after 00:00 (Astana time), provided there is sufficient balance in the customer’s mobile account or credit limit to cover the fee (due times may vary up to several hours). Failing which, the Data pack will not be activated or the fee will not be collected, and you will be charged the rates applied “when the tariff fee is not paid”. If the fee is due after the 1st of the month, it will depend on the number days left in that month, just like the initial Data pack fee. If, at some point, the balance becomes sufficient to cover the portion of the fee due for the remainder of the month, it will be deducted automatically, and you will get access to your entire inclusive allowance.

To check the remaining data allowance at any point in time, customers should dial *123*3#.

Your monthly data allowance will not be available if it is renewed during an active data session. It is, therefore, recommended to turn off Mobile data on your device and then turn it on again to activate your renewed allowance.

Data Pack is available on all prepaid and postpaid tariffs that do not come with the inclusive data allowance. Data Pack can be activated even if the customer has a negative account balance, in which case he will be charged the data rates applied when monthly fee is not paid.

Only one type of Data Pack can be activated at a time. In order to switch Data Packs, customer should deactivate the current one. If you deactivate or change your Data pack before the end of the current bill cycle (month), monthly allowance from that tariff/pack will be available for use till the end of the current bill cycle (month).

In order to activate / deactivate a Data Pack, customers should submit a written request online or directly to the Enterprise Department.
