Data speed
The Barys data packs (Packs) include high-speed data allowance that expires at the end of the month. Any leftover data does not rollover into the next month.
* Once the high-speed data allowance is used up, speed will drop to 64 Kbps. The speed will be restored upon payment of the monthly fee.
**The Pack is subject to the Fair Use of Services Policy to prevent network disruptions and to ensure that all users get equal access to the quality mobile and data services. After 500GB, data speed will drop to 1.5 mbps. The speed will be restored after payment of the monthly fee.
Monthly fee and data allowance
If the Pack is activated after the 1st of month, monthly fee will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including activation date) and then the full amount of the monthly fee will be due for payment on the first of each month after 00:00, Astana time (due times may vary up to several hours), provided there is sufficient balance in the customer’s mobile account or credit limit to cover the fee. Failing which, the Pack will not be renewed for the next billing cycle and the customer will be charged the ‘off-pack’ rates (rates applied if the fee is not paid). Should the fee be paid after the 1st of the month, it will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month. If on any day during the month the amount of balance available in the customer’s account is sufficient to cover the portion of the fee due for the remainder of the month, the fee will be deducted automatically, and the monthly allowance will be provided in full.
Data allowance renewed while the customer is engaged in an active data session is not available for use until he/she terminates the session. In this case, they are recommended to close an active session (turn off Mobile Data option and then turn it on again).
If customer stops using the Pack or moves to another one before the end of the month (billing cycle), inclusive allowance for that month will be available through the end of that billing cycle.

Activation/deactivation
Packs are available on all tariffs that do not have the ‘speed cap’ condition to prepaid and postpaid customers.
Only one Pack can be activated at a time. When customer switches to a different Pack, the current one will be deactivated.
To activate/deactivate the Pack, customers must submit a request by contacting the Enterprise Department or using their corporate account.

Packs are not available while roaming.
The Packs are not available for activation if customer Unlimited Internet or Internet+ services active on their account. Activation of the Pack will disable these services.
The Packs are not available for activation on tariffs and ‘contract phone’ deals which have the ‘data speed cap’ condition.
These compatibility conditions may be reviewed or amended by Company.

*The cost of the data add-on (turbo traffic) is deducted upon its activation. If customer has insufficient balance, turbo traffic will not be provided.
Turbo traffic is valid for 720 hours from activation (until 23:59 Astana time).
Several add-ons can be activated at a time, in which case add-on expiring soonest will be used up first. Turbo traffic provides high speed data allowance which takes priority over the data allowance included in the Pack. When data from both the pack and add-on is depleted, data speed will be reduced in accordance with the Pack terms and conditions.
Any leftover turbo traffic data will be lost:
- with the expiration of the Pack validity period;
- if Pack is deactivated or customer switches to a different tariff*
- upon termination of the mobile services contract.
*unless the tariff to which you have switched offers similar data add-ons.
The Packs are available for activation until December 31, 2024.

Access speed
Data allowance is provided at the maximum speed available and is valid till the end of month. Unused data allowance does not roll over into the next month.
When the full-speed data allowance is used up, data speed slows down to 64 Kbit/sec (= 8 Kbyte/sec) till the end of month.
Activation and subscriber fee charge-off
If Data pack is activated anytime during the month, monthly fee will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including activation date) and then the full amount of the fee will be collected on the first of each month after 00:00 (Astana time), provided there is sufficient balance in the customer’s mobile account or credit limit to cover the fee (due times may vary up to several hours). Failing which, the Data pack will not be activated or the fee will not be collected, and you will be charged the rates applied “when the tariff fee is not paid”. If the fee is due after the 1st of the month, it will depend on the number days left in that month, just like the initial Data pack fee. If, at some point, the balance becomes sufficient to cover the portion of the fee due for the remainder of the month, it will be deducted automatically, and you will get access to your entire inclusive allowance.
To check the remaining data allowance at any point in time, customers should dial *123*3#.
Your monthly data allowance will not be available if it is renewed during an active data session. It is, therefore, recommended to turn off Mobile data on your device and then turn it on again to activate your renewed allowance.

The service is archived, connection is closed.

The data and minutes allowances from your add-ons will be used up first and have priority over any other data allowances available to you.
The add-on will not be activated if you insufficient funds on your account to cover its price.
The add-on is vapid for 30 days from activation and any unused allowance will be used after its expiration.
You may have several add-ons active on your account at a time. In which case, allowances expiring soonest will be used up first.
Activation of Add-on packages is available until March 31, 2024.
