Included allowance

Included allowance is provided/renewed upon payment of the tariff fee and is valid till the end of month in which it was activated, regardless of the tariff activation date.

If customer stops using the tariff or moves to another one before the end of the month (billing cycle), inclusive allowance for that month will be available through the end of that billing cycle.

Data allowance renewed while the customer is engaged in an active data session is not available for use until he/she terminates the session. In this case, they are recommended to close an active session (turn off Mobile Data option and then turn it on again).

Tariff fee

If the tariff is activated after the 1st of month, tariff fee will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including activation date) and then the full amount of the tariff fee will be due for payment on the first of each month after 00:00, Astana time (due times may vary up to several hours), provided there is sufficient balance in the customer’s mobile account or credit limit to cover the fee. Failing which, the tariff will not be renewed for the next billing cycle and the customer will be charged the ‘off-tariff’ rates (rates applied if the fee is not paid). Should the fee be paid after the 1st of the month, it will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month. If on any day during the month the amount of balance available in the customer’s account is sufficient to cover the portion of the fee due for the remainder of the month, the fee will be deducted automatically and the monthly allowance will be provided in full

Eligible roaming and international destinations

International minutes allowance covers: Austria, Canada, China (not including Hong Kong), Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, India, Poland, Spain, Turkey, USA, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Russia (not including Crimea), Uzbekistan, Australia, Croatia, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovakia, USA, Sri Lanka.

Roaming allowance is valid when in: Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Hungary, Vietnam, Ghana, Germany, Hong Kong, Greece, Georgia, Denmark, Egypt, Israel, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Canada, Qatar, China, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, United Arab Emirates, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, United States, Tajikistan, Thailand, Taiwan Province, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Philippines, Finland, France, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Chile, Switzerland, Sweden, Sri Lanka Lanka, Estonia, South Africa, Republic of Korea, Japan, UK.

Tariff plan does not cover premium-rate and satellite destinations as well as special types of roaming.

Unlimited data on social media, messengers

Unlimited access to messengers (telegram/imo, whatsapp, viber) socials apps (instagram, odnoklassniki, vkontakte, facebook, pinterest, twitter) is provided subject to the following:

- tariff fee has been paid;

- the remaining data allowance is more than 0 KB, excluding data provided under any other services and data add-ons (if any). 

 

Speed – up to 1.5 mbps.

When the customer uses browsers, receives push notifications (including messages about events on social networks), in case of automatic software updates or when other installed applications are running the background, in case customer clicks the links to other websites or banner ads, maintenance traffic, when downloading applications from Google Play, the App Store, when using the private browsing mode, when using a smartphone in modem mode, VPN channels, proxy servers, anonymizers, he will be using the data allowance included in the Tariff or data add-ons, if any is active on his account; and if the data allowance is used up or is not available, customer will be charged the overage data rates for their Tariff  (with his consent). If consent to be charged the overage data rates has not been provided, access to mobile data will be blocked for that customer until collection of the tariff fee for the next bill cycle or he activates a data service (data add-on) or gives his consent to be the overage data rates.

Services are deactivated when customer moves to a different tariff or while he is roaming.

Unlimited use of social networks and messengers is a promotional offer, provided to subscribers of the Nomad tariff plan until July 1, 2024.

Compatibility with other services

The Nomad tariffs are not available for activation if customer has an ongoing contract under the ‘phone+airtime’ bundle offers.

The Nomad tariffs cannot be activated simultaneously with the Internet+ data add-ons.

The Nomad tariffs can be activated along with the following services: Business Travel, Business Planet, Atlas Pro, Big Box 1, Big Box 2. In this case, allowances provided as part of the Nomad tariff will take priority and will be used first.

These terms of compatibility may be amended or reviewed by the Company.

Other conditions

The rates are valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the Company's coverage area, except while roaming. Other services used by the customer are charged according to the rates valid at the time of their use. The duration of a call is limited to 150 minutes.

At 5G locations, the 5G data allowance will take priority over your regular data allowance. Once your regular data allowance is used up, data speed will drop to 256 kbps for both allowances (5G and non-5G

Additional services and discounts are temporary offers and are valid until 01.07.2024.

Corporate Group - a closed users group consisting of the mobile numbers registered to a Corporate Subscriber (a legal entity/private entrepreneur who is a party to the mobile services agreement with the Company).

Add-ons

Minutes to other KZ mobiles

  • 70 minutes for 960 tenge
  • 120 minutes for 1460 tenge

Data add-ons

  • 5GB for 1690 tenge
  • 10GB for 2490 tenge
  • 20GB for 3990 tenge
  • 50GB for 7990 tenge

The cost of the add-on is deducted from your account upon its activation, subject to availability of sufficient credit in your account.

 

Once activated, you have 720 hours to use your add-on (till 23:59 Astana time).

 

Unused allowance will be lost:

- upon the expiration of your add-on,

- in case your change your tariff*,

- in case of termination of the mobile services contract.

* if similar add-on are available on your new tariff

 

Data add-on give you a certain amount of full speed data allowance. If you purchase a data add-on  and you still have unused data from your tariff, your add-on  allowance will take priority and will be used first. When both allowances are used up, data speed will be limited to 256 kbit/sec through the end of the month.

 

Add-on (minutes/data) are always used first, even if you have unused inclusive allowance from your tariff. When several same type add-on are purchased at a time, the add-on expiring soonest will be used first.

 

When your minutes add-on is used up, extra calls will be billed as per the tariff terms and conditions.

Activation of Add-on packages is available until June 30, 2024.

Activation

This tariff is available to corporate customers only - legal entities and private entrepreneurs. To switch to Nomad, an authorised person of your company can use any of the following methods:

- submit a written request;

- write to email@kcell.kz;

- contact our sales representative for your company;

- call 9099 from a Kcell mobile number.

 

You can switch to any other tariff (other than Nomad) at any time subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
