FAQ

  1. Contact person or mobile number user applies in writing to Kcell Center / Kcell Store for SIM card change (ID is required). In the application, please state that company authorizes the applicant to receive the SIM card.
  2. If you have reserve SIM-cards*, you can perform SIM change through your online account or by dialing *877#OK.

* To get reserve SIM cards, contact Kcell Center/Kcell Store near you. Make sure to bring your ID and letter of authorization.

Mobile number ownership may be transferred from an individual to a company (if new employee already owns a Kcell number). To that end:

Current owner should:

  1. Visit Kcell Сenter and bring his ID.
  2. Fill out the ownership transfer form.

Company should:

  1. Fill out the ownership transfer form.
  2. Select the tariff and submit a request to include this number into its corporate group.
  3. Send the scanned copies of the required documents at email@kcell.kz.
  4. Submit the originals of documents to Kcell Center or send those to the current owner.

Mobile number ownership may be transferred from a company to an individual (in case of employment termination). To that end:

New owner should:

  1. Apply to Kcell center (ID is required).
  2. Fill out the registration form.

Company should:

  1. Submit a written application/request to that effect.
  2. Send the scanned copy of the application at email@kcell.kz
  3. Submit the originals of documents to Kcell Center or send those to the new owner.
