Starting December 10, the Atlas Pro package will be activated when customers go online while roaming in any of the countries listed below. The package has been introduced as an alternative to the standard data roaming charges. Atlas Pro gives you the ability to enjoy unlimited data roaming for 950 tenge a day, with the first 100MB provided at full speed, then continue at a reduced speed of 128 kbps (which is enough for text messaging via WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.). The package is valid for 24 hours from activation. Next time the package will only be activated when your phone goes online while roaming.

If your account balance is too low to cover the package price, you will be charged 100tg/MB to use data while roaming. In this case, Atlas Pro will not be activated.

Service does not cover premium-rate and satellite destinations as well as special types of roaming.

If you have no additional roaming services/promotions active on your account, the 950 tenge daily fee will be automatically deducted from your account and Atlas Pro activated when you go online while roaming in any of the countries listed below. Apart from the low data roaming rates Atlas Pro offers, it will help you avoid massive roaming charges while giving you the ability to use the Internet when abroad.

The package fee will not be collected if credit limit (postpaid billing) or prepaid balance (prepaid billing) is not sufficient to cover the fee. Once your credit limit has been increased (prepaid billing) or you have topped up your mobile account (prepaid billing) with an amount sufficient to pay the 950 tg fee, please turn off Mobile Data and then turn on again and connect to the Internet after package activation. You will receive an SMS notification confirming activation of the Atlas Pro package.

The Atlas Pro package is not connected if the Subscriber uses a tariff plan that includes bonus MB in roaming, as well as, if the Subscriber has agreed to billing of the “Business Travel” promotion, another roaming promotion.

We noticed that there are customers who are not willing to exchange cheap call rates they get with the ‘Business Travel’ service for cheap data roaming. Those customers must submit an application to disable Atlas Pro.

You can restore the speed by purchasing a data add-on for 400 tenge per day. The first 50MB are provided at the maximum speed, then the speed drops to 128 Kbps through the end of that day. To activate, text 50MB to 6541. You can activate an unlimited number of add-ons. The new Atlas Pro package will be available 24 hours after the expiration of the last add-on.

Do not worry! With ‘Atlas Pro’ you will only pay for data roaming 950 tg a day! If you do not use mobile data when roaming, the package will not be activated and the 950 tg fee will not be deducted from our account.
