How to activate tariff

This tariff is available to postpaid customers only.

Only corporate subscribers, namely legal entities and private entrepreneurs, can activate the tariff plan. In order to activate the tariff plan by the company, authorized person shall select one of the following methods:

- fill out request (at the bottom of the page);
- submit request to email@kcell.kz;
- contact your commercial representative;
- call 9099 from Kcell mobile number.

Tariff plans are activated at the level of a personal account, where the specified allowable number of subscriber numbers can be combined, depending on the package. At the same time, the service package is available for use for all numbers on the personal account and is joint.

Activation of tariffs is available until December 31, 2023. Subscribers, who have activated the tariff before December 31, 2023 will be able to use it till activation of another tariff or deactivation of the current tariff.

Subscriber can at any time change one tariff to another, not included in this tariff line only in accordance with the conditions of its activation.

On the validity of the service package under the tariff plan

Service package is valid until the end of the calendar month, regardless of the date of its activation.

Service packages under the tariff are activated only after charging a subscription.

If you deactivate or change your tariff before the end of the current bill cycle (month), monthly allowance from that tariff will be available for use till the end of the current bill cycle (month).

Your monthly data allowance will not be available if it is renewed during an active data session. It is, therefore, recommended to turn off Mobile data on your device and then turn it on again to activate your renewed allowance.

How and when the subscription fee is charged

If tariff is activated anytime during the month, monthly fee will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including activation date) and then the full amount of the fee will be collected on the first of each month after 00:00 (Astana time), provided there is sufficient balance in the customer’s mobile account or credit limit to cover the fee (due times may vary up to several hours). Failing which, the tariff will not be activated or the fee will not be collected, and you will be charged the rates applied “when the tariff fee is not paid”. If the fee is due after the 1st of the month, it will depend on the number days left in that month, just like the initial tariff fee. If, at some point, the balance becomes sufficient to cover the portion of the fee due for the remainder of the month, it will be deducted automatically, and you will get access to your entire inclusive allowance.

Add-on packages

Activation code for add-on packages: *590#OK. To check the balance of add-on package: dial *100#OK.

Calls to other KZ mobiles

  • 70 minutes for 960 tenge
  • 120 minutes for 1460 tenge

Data packages:

  • 5 GB for 1690 tenge
  • 10 GB for 2490 tenge
  • 20 GB for 3990 tenge
  • 50 GB for 7990 tenge

Cost of the add-on package activation is charged in full amount during activation. If there are not enough funds on the balance, the package will not be activated.

Add-on package is valid for 720 hours from the moment of activation (until 23:59 at Astana time).

Unused volume of services under the add-on package will be canceled:

- upon expiration of the add-on package;

- when changing one tariff plan to another*;

- upon termination of the contract on rendering of communication services.

* unless the tariff plan you have switched to has similar add-on packages.

Add-on data package is provided at the highest available speed. If there is unused volume under the tariff plan, the add-on package will be used first, then the volume of the tariff plan. When Internet traffic is used up both under the add-on package and tariff plan, the speed will not exceed 64 Kbps until the end of the month.

If there is a volume of services under the tariff plan and add-on package, then when charging a subscription fee, the add-on package of services will be used first. In case of activation of several add-on packages, the included volume of services with a shorter validity period will be used first.

When the add-on packages for calls are used up, the tariffication will be applied according to the tariff. When Internet traffic is used up both under the add-on package and tariff plans and additional services, the speed will not exceed 64 Kbps until the end of the month.

Activation of Add-on packages is available until June 30, 2024.

Conditions of compatibility with other Kcell services

- Activation of tariff plans is not available if the subscriber has a valid agreement on promotions with purchase of subscriber devices.
- Tariff plans cannot be activated simultaneously with additional Internet services: "Mobile Internet Plus", "Internet package 500 MB", "Internet packages 5 GB-5 TB".
- Tariff plans can be activated simultaneously with the additional service – "Business Planet". In this case, minutes under the tariff plan will be used first, and then under additional services.
- Tariff plans can be activated simultaneously with the additional service – "Business Travel". In this case, minutes under the tariff plan will be used first, and then under additional services.
- Tariff plans can be activated simultaneously with the additional service – "Large roaming packages". In this case, minutes and data under the additional service will be used first, and then under tariff plans.

Compatibility conditions can be amended or supplemented by the company.

Other conditions

Specified tariffs are valid at the territory of the RK within the coverage area of the company, except for calls in roaming. Tariffication of other services used by the subscriber is applied according to the tariffs active at the time of their use. Call duration - 150 minutes.

Corporate Group is a group of subscriber numbers registered to a Corporate Subscriber (a legal entity or a private entrepreneur who have signed a mobile services agreement).
