Call duration is limited to 150 minutes. Calls to emergency services and 1414 short number are free of charge. No data charges to use the educational websites approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan with data speed limited to 1.5 Mbps.
Your monthly data allowance will not be available if it is renewed during an active data session. It is, therefore, recommended to turn off Mobile data on your device and then turn it on again to activate your renewed allowance.
Maximum call duration is 150 minutes. Rates are shown in tenge inclusive of VAT and valid across Kazakhstan within Contractor’s network coverage area. Services other than those listed in the Table above are billed at our standard rates applicable on the date of use.
* Monthly fee will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including activation date). The full amount of the monthly fee is collected on the 1st of each month after midnight (Astana time), provided Subscribers have enough balance (prepay billing) or credit limit (postpaid billing). The due time may vary up to several hours. Until then, calls within corporate group will be charged at 7 tg/min rate. When account balance or credit limit is sufficient to cover the tariff fee, it will be collected and prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including payment date).
** Corporate Group is a group of subscriber numbers registered to a Corporate Subscriber (a legal entity or a private entrepreneur who have signed a mobile services agreement).
When customer activates multiple services, there is no priority set for the collection of fees for the tariff and such services. Therefore, it is recommended that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover all the due fees.
