We would like to inform you about upcoming changes to the terms of the BulkSMS service.

Starting January 1, 2025, the Alphabetic Sender ID maintenance fee will be updated as follows. The respective contract terms have been amended accordingly.

The cost of Dedicated identifiers (short codes) shall be based on the type of SMS messages sent.

The Client will be charged fifteen (15) tenge fifty-four (54) tiyn, incl. VAT, per SMS sent by mobile network subscribers to the Client’s Identifier on the network of Kcell JSC.

Transit of SMS to other mobile networks

The cost for one transit SMS sent by Client to other networks – 1 tenge, including VAT.

Identifier maintenance fee on the transit Platform – 5,000 tenge, incl. VAT, per month.

Notice is hereby given that Kcell JSC is scheduled to transition to the new SAP HANA enterprise resource planning and management system on July 1, 2026.
To ensure that your contractual payments are processed and credited to your accounts on time, we highly recommend initiating all bank transfers no later than June 26–28, 2026.

This proactive measure aims to mitigate potential delays in payment processing during the migration to the new SAP HANA platform, as well as throughout its post-migration stabilization phase. Following the official launch of SAP HANA, additional backend optimizations may be conducted to automate specific processes, including the processing, identification, and allocation of incoming funds.

Please note that payments received during the system migration and immediately following the launch of SAP HANA may experience extended processing times.
Rest assured, all payment obligations of our retail and business customers will be deemed fully executed in compliance with contract terms and Kazakhstani legislation, regardless of our internal processing timelines.

All terms and conditions of your existing contracts remain unchanged.
