Detailed conditions
Unlimited access to all websites of the .kz domain zone is provided at tariffs, under the following conditions:
- when subscription fee under the tariff is charged;
- if you have a positive balance of the Internet traffic under the tariff on your balance (more than 0KB minus the reserved traffic). Traffic under the add-on packages and services is not included.
Please note!
- access speed – up to 1 Mbps.
- when changing the focus of the resource or posting content that does not correspond to the resource subject of the websites of the .kz domain zone, the communication operator has the right to suspend non-chargeable access to the resource.
- service does not work in roaming and is deactivated in case of switching to another tariff where it is unavailable.
Unlimited access to messengers (Whatsapp, Viber, Telegram, Twitter, Skype), Instagram, FB, Telegram, Cisco, Skype for Business, TrueConf, ZOOM, MS Teams is provided at tariffs, under the following conditions:
– when subscription fee under the tariff is charged;
– if you have a positive balance of the Internet traffic under the tariff on your balance (more than 0KB). Traffic under the add-on packages and services is not included.

While using browsers, receiving push-notifications (including messages about events in social networks), automatic software updates or background work of other installed applications, using links to other resources, banner advertising, technical traffic, downloading applications from Google Play, App Store, using private viewing mode, using smartphone in modem mode, VPN-channels, proxy-servers, anonymizers, , , Internet traffic is used from the main service package under the tariff, from additional data packages if they are available, and if they are used up or absent , access to the Internet is charged at the rate applied in cases of exceeding the services included in the tariff (if you agree to this). In case of absence of agreement for tariffication in excess of the tariff package, access to the mobile data service is generally blocked (and shall not be tariffed) until the subscription fee for the tariff is charged, add-on data package is activated, or agreement for tariffication in excess of the tariff package is given.
Service does not work in roaming and is deactivated in case of switching to another tariff.
Only corporate subscribers, namely legal entities and private entrepreneurs, can activate the tariff plan. In order to activate the tariff plan by the company, authorized person shall select one of the following methods:
– fill out request (at the bottom of the page);
– submit request to email@kcell.kz;
– contact your commercial representative;
– call 9099 from Kcell mobile number.
Activation of tariffs is available until December 31, 2021. Subscribers, who have activated the tariff before December 31, 2021 will be able to use it till activation of another tariff or deactivation of the current tariff.
Subscriber can at any time change one tariff to another, not included in this tariff line only in accordance with the conditions of its activation.
Minute packages for outgoing calls to international directions indicated in the table, as well as outgoing calls to Kazakhstan and incoming calls in roaming are valid only for the following countries: Austria, Canada, China (not including Hong Kong), Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, India, Poland, Spain, Turkey, USA, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Russia (not including Crimea), Uzbekistan.
Minute package for outgoing calls to international directions is not valid in roaming. Calls are not valid for satellite and premium destinations. Standard tariffs and promotional offers for international calls and calls in roaming are indicated on the website – www.b2b.kcell.kz
Service package is valid until the end of the calendar month, regardless of the date of its activation.
Service packages under the tariff are activated only after charging a subscription fee and available only if you have a positive balance (for advance payment procedure) or within the credit limit (for a credit payment procedure), except for calls within the activ / Kcell network and mobile data.
To end active Internet sessions during activation or reactivation of the Internet package, we recommend to turn on the flight mode on your smartphone (for 1-3 seconds) and turn it off.

Subscription fee is charged proportionally to the number of days remaining until the end of the calendar month, including the day of activation and then every first date of the month from 00:00 to 05:00 at Nur-Sultan time in full amount only if there are enough funds on the balance or credit limit. Otherwise, the subscription fee for the tariff will not be charged. The period for charging a subscription fee can vary and can reach several hours.
When the balance or credit limit reaches the sufficient amount for charging the subscription fee and the balance is topped up, the subscription fee will be charged in amount proportional to the number of days left until the end of the calendar month.
After charging the subscription fee, the service package under the tariff will be provided in full volume.
In case if during activation of the tariff, there are not enough funds to charge the subscription fee, then the tariff will be activated, and the tariffication of services will be carried out under the tariff established for non-charging.
Activation code for add-on packages: *590#OK. To check the balance of add-on package: dial *100#OK.
Calls to other mobile operators and to landline numbers within the RK:
- 100 minutes for 990 tenge
- 250 minutes for 1990 tenge
Data packages:
- 5 GB for 1690 tenge
- 10 GB for 2490 tenge
- 20 GB for 3990 tenge
- 50 GB for 7990 tenge
SMS packages to all mobile operators within the RK:
- 60 SMS for 690 tenge
Cost of the add-on package activation is charged in full amount during activation. If there are not enough funds on the balance, the package will not be activated.
Add-on package is valid for 720 hours from the moment of activation (until 23:59 at Nur-Sultan time).
Unused volume of services under the add-on package will be canceled:
– upon expiration of the add-on package;
– when changing one tariff plan to another*;
– upon termination of the contract on rendering of communication services.
* unless the tariff plan you have switched to has similar add-on packages.
Add-on data package is provided at the highest available speed. If there is unused volume under the tariff plan, the add-on package will be used first, then the volume of the tariff plan. When Internet traffic is used up both under the add-on package and tariff plan, the speed will not exceed 64 Kbps until the end of the month.
If there is a volume of services under the tariff plan and add-on package, then when charging a subscription fee, the add-on package of services will be used first. In case of activation of several add-on packages, the included volume of services with a shorter validity period will be used first.
When the add-on packages for calls are used up, the tariffication will be applied according to the tariff. When Internet traffic is used up both under the add-on package and tariff plans and additional services, the speed will not exceed 64 Kbps until the end of the month.
– Activation of tariff plans is not available if the subscriber has a valid agreement on promotions with purchase of subscriber devices.
– Tariff plans cannot be activated simultaneously with additional Internet services: “Mobile Internet Plus”, “Internet package 500 MB”, “Internet packages 5 GB-5 TB”.
– Tariff plans can be activated simultaneously with the additional service – “Business Planet”. In this case, minutes under the tariff plan will be used first, and then under additional services.
– Tariff plans can be activated simultaneously with the additional service – “Business Travel”. In this case, minutes under the tariff plan will be used first, and then under additional services.
– Tariff plans can be activated simultaneously with the additional service – “Large roaming packages”. In this case, minutes and data under the additional service will be used first, and then under tariff plans.
Specified tariffs are valid at the territory of the RK within the coverage area of the company, except for calls in roaming. Tariffication of other services used by the subscriber is applied according to the tariffs active at the time of their use. Call duration – 150 minutes.
