The subscription fee paid to the Operator implies the provision of services to the Customer within 1 (one) calendar month, regardless of the date of activation or deactivation of the Service.

*To determine the tariff on a monthly basis, the largest amount of traffic for one Identifier in all directions (without forwarding, with forwarding and on the networks of other operators) is taken as a basis. The tariff corresponding to this volume of traffic is applied to all Identifiers in the corresponding direction (without forwarding, with forwarding and on the networks of other operators).

** In the case of providing Users with access to voice services that require call forwarding on fixed-line networks (interconnect).

For voice services, the tariff for one minute is indicated, the tariffication step is 1 (one) minute.

A minimum remuneration has been introduced for the network of the Operator Mobile-Telecom Service LLP with the Tele2 and Altel brands according to the following:

* If the monthly cost of the Operator’s services to provide Users with access to the Service using a certain digital Identifier does not exceed the Minimum Remuneration specified in the table, the Client shall pay the Operator the difference between the amount of the Minimum Remuneration and the amount actually received of the cost of the Operator’s services to provide Users with access to the Service.

**The total cost of traffic transmission services for each short number (voice service/IVR) is calculated as the product of the amount of traffic consumed by the corresponding tariff. In the event that the received value does not reach the threshold of the Minimum Remuneration for the corresponding short number indicated by the Operator, the monthly cost of the Operator’s services is determined by the fixed value of the Minimum Remuneration of the Operator, reflected in the table.
