Detailed terms and conditions
Only corporate subscribers, namely legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, can connect the tariff plan. To connect the company to the tariff plan, the authorized person must select one of the following methods:
– send a request to the email address @kcell.kz;
– contact your sales representative;
– call 9099 from the Kcell mobile number.
The Subscriber can change the tariff plan to any other tariff plan at any time by connecting any other available tariff plan in accordance with the terms of its connection.
When connecting the tariff plan, the subscription fee is charged in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the calendar month (including the day of connection) and then every 1st day of the month after 00:00 Astana time (the debit period may vary and reach several hours) in full only if there is a sufficient amount on the balance or credit limit. If there is a lack of balance or credit limit, the tariff plan will not be connected, or the next subscription fee will not be charged according to the tariff plan, and billing of services will be carried out according to the tariffs if the subscription fee is not charged. If the subscription fee is charged after the 1st day, the amount of the subscription fee will depend on the number of remaining days in the month, just as it was when the tariff plan was initially activated. If on one of the days of the month the balance amount reaches an amount sufficient to deduct the subscription fee for the remaining number of days of the month, the subscription fee is deducted automatically. After deducting the subscription fee, the volume of services under the tariff plan and the selected additional package will be provided in full.
When connecting a tariff plan, the Subscriber has access to one of the optional additional packages, the included volume of which depends on the connected tariff plan:
1. An additional package of Internet traffic on the 2/3/4/5G network operating in the territory of the RK;
2. An additional package of minutes for outgoing calls to other mobile operators in the RK and SMS to all mobile operators in the RK.
When you activate this plan, you’ll also receive an additional package of your choice. The cost of this package is already included in your monthly fee, so there’s nothing extra to pay.
When submitting your request to activate the plan, please indicate which package you’d like to add:

– Extra minutes and texts
Your core plan allowance will be combined with the allowance from your selected package, giving you a larger bundle to use each month.
The included volume of services under the tariff plan and the selected additional package is valid until the end of the calendar month, regardless of the date of activation of the tariff plan.
The included amount of services under the tariff plan and the additional package is charged only when the subscription fee is charged.
If the tariff plan is changed/disabled and/or communication services are suspended before the end of the current accounting period (month), the amount of services accrued in accordance with the terms of the tariff plan and the additional package will be available to the subscriber until the end of the current accounting period (month), while the subscription fee charged for the current accounting period is non-refundable.
The Internet traffic included in the subscription fee according to the tariff plan and the additional package accrued during an active Internet session will not be valid. In such cases, it is recommended to close the current session (by turning off and enabling the transfer of mobile data in the device) and resume Internet use after charging traffic.
Unlimited access to all sites in the domain zone.kz is provided on tariff plans, subject to the following conditions:
• when charging the subscription fee according to the tariff plan;
• if you have a positive remaining amount of Internet traffic on your balance according to the tariff plan (more than 0KB minus reserved traffic). Traffic on additional services (for example, turbo packages, Internet packages) is not taken into account.

• if the orientation of the resource changes or content is posted that does not correspond to the subject of the kz domain zone sites, the telecom operator has the right to suspend non-tariff access to the resource.
• Unlimited access is not valid when roaming and is disabled if you switch to a different tariff plan.

When using browsers, when receiving push notifications (including when receiving messages about events on social networks), when automatic software updates or background operation of other installed applications, when using links to other resources, banner ads, technical traffic, when downloading applications from Google Play, App Store, when using private browsing mode, when using a smartphone in modem mode, VPN channels, proxy servers, anonymizers, Internet traffic is consumed from the main volume of Internet traffic included in the tariff plan, from additional services (for example, turbo packages, Internet packages), if available, and if they are exhausted or absent, Internet access is charged according to the tariff applied in cases of exceeding the volume of services included in the tariff plan.
Unlimited access is not available when roaming, it is disabled if you switch to another tariff plan.
The included amount of minutes for outgoing calls to international destinations shown in the table is valid for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Israel, Italy, Poland, Russia, Romania, Slovakia, USA, Turkey, Uzbekistan. The included amount of minutes for international destinations is not valid for roaming, and also does not apply when making calls to satellite and premium destinations.

The cost of connecting a one-time package of services is charged in full upon activation. If there are not enough funds in the balance, the package will not be activated. The package is valid for 720 hours from the moment of activation (until 23:59 Astana time).
The unspent volume of services for a one-time package is cancelled:
– after the expiration of the one-time package;
– when changing the tariff plan to another tariff plan, except in cases when the tariff plan you switched to has similar one-time service packages.;
– upon termination of the contract for the provision of communication services.
A one-time Internet package is provided at the maximum available speed. If there is an unspent amount under the tariff plan, the volume under the one–time package will be spent first, then the volume under the tariff plan. If the Internet traffic is exhausted both for a one-time package and for a tariff plan, the speed does not exceed 64 Kbit/s until the end of the month. If the one-time package of minutes is exhausted, billing for outgoing calls will be performed according to the terms of the tariff plan.
When connecting several one-time service packages, the included amount of services from the one-time package with the shortest validity period is consumed first.
Connection of one-time packages is available until 31.12.2025.

Connection to the tariff plans is not available if the Subscriber has a valid share agreement with the purchase of subscriber devices.
Tariff plans cannot be connected simultaneously with additional Internet services: Internet+, Unlimited Internet, Barys.
Tariff plans can be connected simultaneously with the additional service «Business Travel», «Business Planet». First of all, the included volume of services will be spent on tariff plans, then billing will be applied in accordance with the terms of additional services. These compatibility conditions can be changed or supplemented by the Operator.
These tariff plans and the volume of services included in them are valid on the territory of the RK in the coverage area of the company, with the exception of roaming calls. The billing of other services used by the subscriber is carried out according to the tariffs in force at the time of their use. The duration of the call connection is 150 minutes.
The priority of using a packet of traffic on the 5G network is higher than the priority of spending the main packet. After the main traffic packet is exhausted, the speed decreases to 256 kbit/s for both packets (main packet, 5G packet).
Corporate group – a combined group of subscriber numbers issued to a Corporate Subscriber (a legal entity or individual entrepreneur with whom a contract for the provision of communication services has been concluded).
