Archive tariff. Connection is closed

* If tariff is activated anytime during the month, monthly fee will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including activation date) and then the full amount of the fee will be collected on the first of each month after 00:00 (Astana time), provided there is sufficient balance in the customer’s mobile account or credit limit to cover the fee (due times may vary up to several hours). Failing which, the tariff will not be activated or the fee will not be collected, and you will be charged the rates applied “when the tariff fee is not paid”. If the fee is due after the 1st of the month, it will depend on the number days left in that month, just like the initial tariff fee. If, at some point, the balance becomes sufficient to cover the portion of the fee due for the remainder of the month, it will be deducted automatically, and you will get access to your entire inclusive allowance.

** Service package is valid until the end of the calendar month, regardless of the date of its activation. Service packages under the tariff are activated only after charging a subscription. If you deactivate or change your tariff before the end of the current bill cycle (month), monthly allowance from that tariff will be available for use till the end of the current bill cycle (month). To check your remaining balance, dial *123*3*2#. Data allowance provided during an active internet session is not available for use until you terminate your session. In this case, you are recommended to close your active session (turn off Mobile Data option in your phone and turn it on again).

Tariffs in case of unsuccessful deduction of monthly fee:

Maximum call duration is 30 minutes. Rates are shown in tenge inclusive of VAT and valid across Kazakhstan (within Kcell network coverage area). Services other than those listed in the Table above are billed at our standard rates applicable on the date of use.

Tariff is not available for activation if customers have the following services active on their account: Unlimited Internet, Mobile Internet +, Internet Packages, iPhone for Business, Business Phone, CorpPhone, Business Internet, Samsung for Business, Smartphone+ or have an ongoing Contract Phone contract.
